A woman from Russia has disclosed that she did not always have the most covetous locks known to mankind. She said that she had suffered from a condition called alopecia in her teenage.
What is Alopecia?

It is the disease in which the partial or complete absence of hair from the head and other areas of the body where it normally grows; baldness.

Researchers try to find out the cause of Alopecia but it is still unknown but it is believed to be high-stress related.

The woman named Anastasia Sidorov, 23-years-old, has red hair that looks like a flowing red river of dreams and looks like a Goddess of beautiful hair. But she revealed that she had suffered from baldness since the age of 18.

But now she is very happy and recovered from the horrible disease, Anastasia Sidorov modelled for Pantene shampoo and has graced the covers of Russian magazines.

She wrote, on her Instagram page: “Today I measured the length of my hair for the first time. I never wondered about this question, but there are a lot of questions. So, the length of the hair is 106 cm.”

She was getting hopeless and her self-confidence was started to decrease so she decided to visit a hair loss specialist, a trichologist, to see if there was any solution that horrible disease.

Hopefully, the treatment worked and her hair began to grow. This experience inspired her to be a part of the hair care profession to help others boast the best hair they can.

Anastasia Sidorov has trained herself to become a trichologist after her horrible experience in her hair and give tips and advice on how to maintain healthy hair.

Here are the some of the methods she uses for her hair.

For example, she never straightens her hair and waits for her hair to dry 60 percent before blowdrying it.

She also uses nourishing treatments and shampoo she uses does not contain sulphates. She also makes sure to put in a keratin mask after every wash. She takes daily supplements of Omega-3 and Vitamin D.

These are the hair tips and advice she’s shared with her 238,000 Instagram followers.

Her rates go for £54 for individuals plans of hair treatments, however, she constantly offers her advice over social media.

She states, “Before you decide on which shampoo suits you, you need to decide on the type of hair. For example, if you have dry hair, start using shampoo for oily hair, you remove all that natural fat, without which the normal condition of the hair, which is already lacking, is impossible.”

She adds, “You will dry the scalp and make your hair very fragile, brittle. Many people often face a season of hair loss. If the iron content in the body is normal and there are no hormonal changes, this is normal.”
